From Kutch to Hollywood: Dr. Krupesh Thacker’s Parv Fusion Band to Represent India at HIMA 2026

HIMA – India’s entry to Hollywood Independent Music Awards
KUTCH, INDIA – July 3, 2026
India’s First Family Fusion Band, Parv Fusion Band, alongside Dr. Krupesh Thacker, Vacha Thacker, Guinness World Record holder and youngest singer Parv Thacker, and The Krup, have earned an official nomination at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA) 2026 in the World Music category for the sacred Sanskrit Hanuman Mantra composition ‘Resonant Roar of Hanuman,’ widely known as The Clubfoot Anthem for the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv (GCAP) initiative and the flagship musical theme across the Hindi, English and Gujarati film adaptations inspired by Parv’s journey, including Main Bhi Arjun: Parv, Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps and Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfal.
The nomination marks India’s representation at one of the world’s leading independent music honours, with the awards ceremony scheduled for 30 July 2026 at the historic Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles.
The nomination comes under the leadership of Dr. Krupesh Thacker (Singer-Songwriter, Composer, Music Producer and Music Therapist) and Dr. Pooja Thacker, alongside Parv Thacker, Guinness World Record holder and the world’s youngest singer, Vacha Thacker, the world’s youngest multilingual author, and the three-generation Parv Fusion Band family.
History will be made on 30 July 2026 at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards Ceremony and Red Carpet, where the Dr. Krupesh Thacker led Parv Fusion Band will take center stage as the first-ever musical band to represent India at the prestigious global HIMA platform.
The Clubfoot Anthem “Resonant Roar of Hanuman” Continues Its Global Journey
The Clubfoot Anthem, the HIMA-nominated sacred Sanskrit Hanuman Mantra composition “Resonant Roar of Hanuman,” also features across the Hindi, English and Gujarati film adaptations inspired by Parv’s journey, including Main Bhi Arjun: Parv, Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps and Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfal.
The composition was previously featured in the GRAMMY® Awards For Your Consideration campaign in the Best Global Music Performance category, while the album Sounds of Sanatan: Vol. 1 received For Your Consideration in the Best Global Music Album, Best Album Cover and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical categories, continuing the international journey of both the composition and the album from the Recording Academy to the Hollywood Independent Music Awards.

More than a musical release, The Clubfoot Anthem “Resonant Roar of Hanuman” represents the musical identity of Parv’s journey and the shared creative vision behind The Krup Universe. Beyond the screen, the composition supports two flagship initiatives of Give Vacha Foundation:

Alongside the international recognition, Dr. Krupesh Thacker serves as a Recording Academy Voting Member for the GRAMMY Awards and has been invited as a GRAMMY U Mentor, reflecting his continued contribution to music, education and creative leadership on the global stage.
The Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA) 2026 nomination marks another significant milestone in that ongoing international journey.
